How I Keep my Skin Clear

I get so many questions on how I keep my skin clear! I never really had acne per say, but I always used to get small breakouts all over and once in a while I’d get a huge zit that seemed to last forever. But lately, my skin has been looking so much better. Hopefully I don’t jinx myself, but I’m sharing my secrets.

Do I take collagen? Nope. Do I pay for expensive facials? Negative.

#1: WATER

I drink at least a gallon of water a day, and ever since I started doing this a few months ago my skin has never been so clear. Water flushes your skin of any toxins and bacteria which can aid in reducing acne.

#2: DIET

If you read my last blog post or follow my Instagram stories, you know I’ve really been focusing on my health lately. I follow a meal plan and I eat clean for the most part. This also plays a huge part. Greasy, fatty food can cause breakouts.

#3: SKINCARE

I’ve always taken good care of my skin, but I noticed the biggest difference when I started using a facial brush. I use the Nova by Spa Sciences and I cannot recommend it enough. It really deep cleans and exfoliates your face. I’m talking squeaky clean. If you don’t use one, you seriously need to run to the store to get one.
